Verzending en Levertijd binnen Nederland
Alle bestellingen binnen Nederland worden bezorgd door PostNL. De verzendkosten zijn als volgt (excl. btw):
- Pakketpost: €4,95
- Briefpost: €3,25
- Verzekerde pakketpost: €8,95
Bij bestellingen vanaf €50,- vervallen de verzendkosten voor verzending binnen Nederland.
Levertijd
Wanneer het product op voorraad is, wordt uw bestelling binnen één werkdag na ontvangst van betaling verzonden. De bezorging vindt doorgaans plaats binnen 1 à 2 werkdagen.
Is een artikel niet op voorraad, dan wordt dit voor u besteld. In dat geval bedraagt de levertijd meestal 1 tot 2 weken.
U ontvangt per e-mail een Track & Trace-code zodra uw bestelling is verzonden. Let op: bestellingen die door de brievenbus passen, worden zonder Track & Trace-code verzonden.
Retourzendingen bij reparaties
Reparaties die retour worden gestuurd, worden verzonden via een verzekerde pakketdienst. Indien u ervoor kiest om de reparatie niet in de winkel op te halen maar verzekerd te laten verzenden, worden de verzendkosten apart in rekening gebracht, bovenop de reparatiekosten.
Foreign delivery
In addition to PostNL, we offer DHL Express as a shipping option for international orders. For a small additional fee, DHL Express provides faster delivery and highly accurate tracking.

For both PostNL and DHL shipments, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email once your order has been dispatched.
