To commemorate Sailor's founding year, the 1911L (Large) fountain pen combines an effortless writing experience with a classic rounded design. Sailor's iconic fountain pen features a glossy black resin barrel and cap, complemented by silver-colored metal accents. Unlike the standard 1911L, the Ringless model is delivered without the traditional cap band, giving the pen an even more minimalist appearance. The cap opens and closes via a screw mechanism and can be posted on the back of the barrel while writing. The Sailor 1911L comes with a Sailor converter and two Sailor black ink cartridges.
The Sailor 1911L (Large) fountain pen uses a 21k gold nib and features a cartridge/converter filling system.
Founded in 1911 in Japan, Sailor was the first company to produce fountain pens domestically.
