Are you not satisfied with your purchase? You have the right to return your order within 14 days after delivery. You can choose to exchange the product or receive a refund of the purchase amount.

CONDITIONS FOR RETURNS

Products can only be returned if they:

• Are undamaged,

• Have not been used, and

• Are in their original, unopened packaging.

Always register your return within 14 days of receiving your order and send the package back to our return address as soon as possible. Please include a copy of your invoice and clearly state the reason for the return.

SHIPPING INSTRUCTIONS

Use a sturdy and appropriately sized shipping box to prevent damage during transport. You may use any carrier of your choice.

Costs & Refunds

• Return shipping costs are at your own expense, unless the product was damaged or incorrectly delivered upon receipt. In that case, please contact us first so we can provide an appropriate solution.

• Once we have received the returned items in good condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days using the same payment method you used for the order.
