We stand behind the quality of our products and believe it is important that you can enjoy your purchase without worry.

Warranty

All our items are covered by the legal warranty. This means that under normal use, a product should do what you may reasonably expect of it. If a defect occurs within the warranty period, you can contact us. Together, we will look for a suitable solution, such as repair or replacement.

Repair in our own workshop

When a product is defective or damaged, we try – if possible – to repair it in our own workshop. Our craftsmen have years of experience in maintaining and restoring fountain pens and related products. As a result, many repairs can be carried out quickly and carefully.

If a repair in our own workshop is not possible, we work with selected suppliers or specialized workshops. In that case, we will always inform you in advance about the estimated costs and repair time.

How does it work?

1. Contact us by phone or email to report the problem
2. Send the product to us or bring it to our store. Always include a copy of your proof of purchase and a brief description of the problem.
3. After receipt, we will assess the product and let you know which repair options are available and which costs (if outside the warranty) apply.

Extra service – the inspection for your fountain pen

To keep your fountain pen in top condition, we recommend having it professionally cleaned at least once a year. Think of it as an inspection for your pen: regular maintenance keeps the fountain pen writing smoothly, prevents blockages, and significantly extends its lifespan. You are also welcome in our workshop for a thorough cleaning.
