Shipping and Delivery Time within the Netherlands
All orders within the Netherlands are delivered by PostNL. Shipping costs are as follows (incl. VAT):
- Parcel post: €6,95
- Letter post: €3,95
- Insured parcel post: €8,95
Free shipping for shipments within the Netherlands from €50,-.
Delivery Time
When the product is in stock, your order will be shipped within one business day after payment is received. Delivery usually takes place within 1 to 2 business days.
If an item is not in stock, it will be ordered for you. In that case, the delivery time is usually 1 to 2 weeks.
You will receive a Track & Trace code by email as soon as your order has been shipped. Please note: orders that fit through the letterbox are shipped without a Track & Trace code.
Returns for repairs
Repairs that are sent back are shipped via an insured parcel service. If you choose not to pick up the repair in the store but have it shipped insured, the shipping costs will be charged separately, in addition to the repair costs.
Foreign delivery
In addition to PostNL, we offer DHL Express as a shipping option for international orders. For a small additional fee, DHL Express provides faster delivery and highly accurate tracking.

The delivery times listed do not include the 1 business day processing time before shipment. Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and do not include import duties or taxes.
For both PostNL and DHL shipments, you will receive a Track & Trace code via email once your order has been dispatched.
