S.T. Dupont D-Initial Matt Beige Fountain Pen

S.T.Dupont began in 1872 making luxury goods for travelers on Rue Dieu in Paris. But it was not until 1973, at the request of Jackie Kennedy Onassis, that they made their first pen. In hindsight, it was probably an obvious thing to do. They were highly respected for their lighters, which are a combination of precision mechanisms and jewelry-quality finishes, made as stylish accessories.

The same skills and craftsmanship translate perfectly into pen making. Solid and simple, the D-Initial is a tribute to the original Classique pen. The matte lacquered cap and barrel contrast nicely with the glossy polished pocket clip and trim.
