The barrel of the Pelikan Souverän K400 Black/Green ballpoint pen is made of black precious resin, the cap shell is covered with the characteristic black/green striped cellulose acetate. This is the second smallest Souverän ballpoint pen model, this variant has a push button mechanism. All fittings are 24 carat gold plated, the clip is shaped after the beak of a Pelican.
