Pelikan Souverän black/blue M405 fountain pen

The Pelikan Souverän M405 black/blue fountain pen from the 400 series is the second smallest model in the Souverän series. It is also the size that has existed since the fifties, a true classic! The fountain pen is filled using a fixed piston mechanism, standard for the entire Souverän range. The striped barrel is partially transparent so that the ink supply is always visible. The casing of the barrel is unique in its kind and is manufactured according to a patented process, where raw cotton undergoes several processing stages until a thin striped sheet of cellulose acetate is formed.

The nib is made of 14-carat gold with a fully rhodium mask. The familiar clip, in the shape of a pelican's beak, has, like the other metal parts, a palladium finish. This small "brave" Pelikan is a qualitatively perfect fountain pen, which we sell with great pleasure, a true recommendation.
