The Montblanc Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Classique #145 fountain pen. 1924 was a year of firsts for both Montblanc and the Olympic Movement. While the first Olympic Winter Games took place against the backdrop of Mont Blanc in Chamonix, France, the first Meisterstück was presented to customers.
The Meisterstück x Olympic Heritage Chamonix 1924 Edition consists of three different versions: The Classique, the LeGrand, and the Solitaire edition.
The Solitaire edition features a platinum-coated cap and holder, with an engraving of the mountain landscape of the Chamonix valley. This version includes an Au750 (18 carat) gold nib. The words "Olympic Winter Games Chamonix 1924" are engraved on the cap of this edition in a cartouche.
