Lamy 2000 ballpoint pen Grenadille wood. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the Lamy 2000, Lamy released a wooden ballpoint version of the Lamy 2000 in 1996. Production amounted to 10,000 units and was sold out within a year.
However, in 2003 Lamy decided to re-release this wooden variant, in grenadilla wood, and to add it to the regular Lamy range. Since then, this beautiful wooden ballpoint has been part of the Lamy collection. All fittings, push button, clip and front point are made of brass with a matt palladium coating.
