Bauhaus had a significant global influence on architecture, visual art and design. The fountain pen has a multi-layer high-quality lacquer finish with the typical Bauhaus motif. The fountain pen has a stainless steel nib, possibly also available with a 14K gold bi-color nib. All fittings, rings and spring clip are chrome plated. The fountain pen and roller have a screw cap, the ballpoint pen and mechanical pencil have a twist mechanism. The fountain pen can be filled with standard cartridges or with the supplied converter.

Diplomat was founded in Germany 90 years ago. The Diplomat pens are still made in the traditional way on a brass base in Kierspe Germany.t.
