The Aurora 88 fountain pen, first manufactured in 1947 as a response to the Parker 51, is the most successful pen of this brand. The fountain pen features a perfectly functioning piston system and advanced ink feed, developed in collaboration with Aurora and the famous designer, Marcello Nizzoli.
The "Aurora 88" was reintroduced in 1980. The extremely smooth piston mechanism houses an ingeniously hidden ink reservoir good for a few more pages, and the beautifully crafted 14-carat gold nib possesses excellent writing qualities. The cap features a strong "ball clip".
The Aurora 88 is available with a matching ballpoint pen, mechanical pencil, or rollerball.
