Shipping and delivery

Online orders are packed and shipped within one working day via PostNL (in the Netherlands and abroad) or DHL (abroad only). Dutch orders are delivered within 1 to 3 working days. Orders outside the Netherlands may vary in delivery time. View the shipping and delivery page for shipping options and associated rates for orders outside the Netherlands.


We try to maintain stocks of our products. If the product you want to order says 'Sold out', it means that this product will not be available for an extended period of time. If you would like a product that is sold out according to the website, please contact us. We will then inform you of the expected delivery time..

It may happen that we do not have a product in stock that is not for sold out, for example products that we do not currently have in the store, but can be delivered quickly by the supplier.

If the product you have ordered is not in stock, we will contact you to discuss the expected delivery time or possibly choose an alternative product if you want your order delivered quickly.


If you have a request with your order, please place this request in the notes of your order. We will try to accommodate your request and if necessary we will contact you to discuss this. Examples of requests:

- I would like my order delivered in week x

- My order is a gift, please do not send the invoice with the order

- My order is a gift, can I include a handwritten card with a message for the recipient

- I need my order for a certain date, will I be able to achieve this??


Order VAT free outside the Netherlands

Customers who place an order that is sent to a non-European country never pay VAT. Orders sent to a European country other than the Netherlands can only be placed VAT-free with a valid business VAT number. This only applies to customers who place a business order. Customers in the Netherlands always pay VAT.
