The Classic fountain pen fountain pen is made of brass and finished with a black lacquer layer with six beautiful golden lines that reveal the brass underneath. With the sandpaper supplied with the pen you can remove the black lacquer layer as desired, this way you make this pen really unique and it gets the look you want. The color of the brass changes with use, but if desired, it can be made to shine again with a little copper polish.
