Visconti Van Gogh"Starry Night"ballpoint pen

The Van Gogh collection had been an important model from the Visconti collection for 10 years. At the end of 2009, Visconti decided to discontinue this model. Today Visconti announces the successor, the Van Gogh collection 2011.

The pen has a new model and the colors used are an ode to the work of the impressionist painter. The pen models are named after the paintings, labeled with the name Van Gogh and packaged in a gift box with the reproduction of the painting on which the pen is based. Each specific painting as a source of inspiration has meant that Visconti has composed the resin for the pens differently each time.

The chemical mix of the resin creates unique color schemes that can clearly be traced back to the paintings mentioned. The first three series in this collection are based on Van Gogh's paintings The Starry Night', Bedroom in Arles' and Sunflowers'.
