Kaweco Liliput Fire Blue fountain pen
Item no: 1510850
The Liliput Fire Blue is a stainless steel Liliput, which has been heated with a burner, not to harden the outside, but by heating the container and cap a special color pattern is created. No pen will look the same, but they will all have a beautiful shade of steel with blue, purple, brown and orange.
It was 1910 when Kaweco produced the first Liliput fountain pens, which were then made of ebonite as so-called safety fountain pens. In 2011, this Liliput was reintroduced by Kaweco, first only in aluminum in black or silver, later other variants appeared in brass, copper and stainless steel. The Liliput pens are characterized by the all-metal design with the Kaweco logo etched on the cap end.
When closed, the Liliput measures only 97 mm, making it one of the smallest fountain pens in the world. The cap can be screwed onto the back of the holder, giving the pen a comfortable standard length of approximately 125 mm.
The excellent writing nibs are made by the Bock company from Heidelberg. The Kaweco Sport can be filled with the small standard cartridges.
