24. Zuiderpark blue-green - Akkerman fountain pen ink

The faceted ink bottle is distinguished by its long neck, which contains a glass marble. Akkerman fountain pen ink is suitable for any type of fountain pen and available in 31 sparkling colours. The ink colours have been given names with a Hague touch

What makes this bottle so unique? By tilting the sealed ink bottle, the neck fills with ink. Once upright again, the marble falls back and prevents the ink from flowing back. This creates a reservoir of ink above the marble from which the fountain pen can be filled easily, even when the bottle is almost empty.

#24. Zuiderpark blue-green

Zuiderpark blue-green is named after the Zuiderpark, one of the best-known districts in The Hague. In the past, it was home to the distinctive stadium of the local football club ADO Den Haag, before it was moved to the edge of the city. Zuiderpark is also known for hosting Parkpop every year, a festival that has been celebrated annually in the park since 1981.
