The intricate pattern on the cap, covered in blue lacquer and platinum, harkens back to an unreleased design that had been hidden for decades, giving Montblanc the opportunity to finally introduce this long-forgotten design reminiscent of Art Déco -period of time.

The clip pays tribute to the early clip forms found in some of the first Meisterstück writing instruments and evokes a sense of nostalgia. On closer inspection, one can discover the original Meisterstück logo, which has adorned the cap since the beginning as a symbol of high quality.
