The Montblanc Starwalker 2019 Doué fountain pen was introduced in 2003. A striking feature is the ratio of cap and barrel, a relatively long barrel with a short cap. The fine clip has a bold design and even extends beyond the cap rim, a striking design element. There are three variants available, a completely plastic version; "Precious Resin", "Doué" with a plastic barrel and smooth metal cap and a "Metal" variant in fully glossy steel.
The 14 karat gold nib is rhodium plated, just like the other fittings, such as the clip and the rings. Montblanc only supplies the Starwalker as a cartridge pen, but we have a perfectly fitting converter for this fountain pen, so that it can also be filled from the jar. The ballpoint pen has a rotating mechanism and the roller pen fits both the Montblanc roller and felt-tip pen refills. The pen comes stylishly packaged in a luxury gift box, with the accompanying warranty papers.
