1980 surprised Lamy with the introduction of the Lamy Safari. Initially referred to as In 1980, Lamy surprised with the introduction of the Lamy Safari. Initially intended as a "school pen", this model spontaneously grew into a pen for young and old. The Safari is characterized by the ergonomically designed grip, the characteristic steel matte black bracket clip and ink window (near the fountain pen). Holder and cap are made of robust plastic and available in attractive, modern colors. New for 2019 is the Lamy Safari "Pastel", for the first time no fewer than three special edition colors in the Safari series will be presented simultaneously; light blue, mint and pink.
